•almond butter toast
•cardio (2 min walk, run 10 mins, 2 min walk, run 10 mins, cool down 2 mins)
•glute press down - single leg at a time
•cable kick backs !!!!! New fav. I can feel it already.
•lay down leg curls - single leg at a time
Currently crying because I have a 12 page term paper due tomorrow at noon and I have to go to my morning class. Which means I have to pull an all nighter instead of finishing the paper in the morning 😩😩😩
